The Byte Bar Referral Program rewards eligible participants for introducing Byte Bar & Co., LLC (“Byte Bar”) to commercial locations that may benefit from a Byte Bar AI-powered micro market.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Byte Bar employees and their immediate family members are not eligible unless approved by Byte Bar in writing.

2. Qualified Referral

To qualify, the participant must:

Refer a hotel, apartment community, office, gym, warehouse, or other suitable commercial location.

Connect Byte Bar directly with the property’s management or authorized decision-maker.

Help arrange an introductory call or meeting.

Have permission to share the contact information provided.

Refer a location that is not already an active Byte Bar lead, customer, or opportunity.

Submitting only a property name, address, or general contact information does not qualify as a completed referral.

3. Referral Reward

The standard reward for a successful referral is $500. Byte Bar may offer a higher amount depending on the location’s size, equipment requirements, and business potential.

Byte Bar will determine and confirm the final reward amount.

4. When the Reward Is Earned

A referral reward is earned only after:

Byte Bar approves the location;

A placement or partnership agreement is signed; and

Byte Bar equipment is installed and operating at the location.

No reward is due if the location declines, cancels before installation, does not meet Byte Bar’s requirements, or never becomes operational.

5. Payment

Approved referral rewards will generally be paid within 30 days after the referred location becomes operational. The participant must provide accurate contact and payment information before payment can be issued.

6. Duplicate Referrals

If the same location is referred by more than one person, Byte Bar will recognize the first complete and verifiable referral received, based on Byte Bar’s records.

7. Referrer’s Role

The participant’s role is limited to making an introduction and helping arrange an initial meeting. Participants are not employees, agents, brokers, or representatives of Byte Bar and may not:

Negotiate or sign agreements for Byte Bar.

Make promises or guarantees about Byte Bar’s services.

Represent that they have authority to act for or bind Byte Bar.

Perform real estate brokerage, leasing, or other licensed services on Byte Bar’s behalf.

This program applies only to referrals for Byte Bar equipment placement and does not offer compensation for buying, selling, renting, or leasing real estate.

8. Location Approval

All locations are subject to Byte Bar’s review and approval. Byte Bar may decline any referral based on demand, space, access, utilities, existing relationships, operational feasibility, or other business considerations.

9. Accurate Information

Byte Bar may deny or cancel a reward if a referral includes false or misleading information, is submitted without permission, involves fraud, or violates these Terms.

10. Privacy and Consent

By submitting a referral, the participant confirms having permission to share the provided information and authorizes Byte Bar to contact the participant and the referred location regarding a possible placement.

11. Program Changes

Byte Bar may modify, suspend, or end the Referral Program at any time. Changes will not affect a referral previously accepted by Byte Bar in writing unless fraud or a violation of these Terms is discovered.

12. No Guarantee

Submitting a referral does not guarantee that Byte Bar will contact, approve, enter into an agreement with, or install equipment at the referred location.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
